Defending your rights and freedoms
We strive to ensure that our clients’ rights and freedoms are protected, through our various fields of practices. Whether it is your right to life and safety, your right to a fair process, to your privacy, or your right not to be discriminated, we are here to help you navigate the administrative and judicial system, as well as to advocate for your rights in front of the relevant instances.
Accessibility and flexibility
Our services truly adjust to your needs. We will always take the time to help you be fully prepared, in particular before a hearing. We regularly use visioconference, whatsapp or other similar tools if you are outside Canada, or just to save you unnecessary trips.
Since a significant part of our clientele is vulnerable, some clients prefer to meet us at a local organization that they trust. When possible and if you wish it so, we can therefore also come to you.
We have a toll-free line for clients incarcerated in Quebec.
Languages
Our services are available in French, English and Spanish. We regularly work with interpreters for any other languages.
Fees
Our fees for a legal consultation are 300 $ taxes included. The consultation takes place during a single meeting, in person or remotely, where we take the time to answer all your questions and to help you elaborate your strategy, if need be.
For all our other services, we offer flat rates, whenever possible. Fees are determined after a brief assessment of your case, allowing us to assess its complexity.
We also accept a limited amount of legal aid mandates every year.
